This is an affordable and comfortable accommodation option. Great for teenagers, guests or extended family members, particularly if you do not require a permanent solution. The portable rooms are also perfect for a home business or salon.
Our Portable Ensuite Rooms for hire are available in 2 sizes: 2.5m x 4.8m and 3m x 4.8m. All are built in our factory at Somersby NSW to Australian building standards using Australian manufactured building materials.
They come with the following features:
- Reverse cycle Air Conditioner
- Two double power points, placed on either side of the room
- Internal lighting
- Safety circuit breaker
- Smoke alarm
- A 1650mm x 2100mm lockable glass sliding door with fly screens
- A 1200mm x 900mm lockable window with fly screens
- Block out blinds on the door and window
- Attractive quality timber look flooring
- Porch light
- Awning over entry door
- Modwood entry step
- Optional Modwood verandah.
The Ensuite/Bathroom includes:
- Dual flush toilet
- Fully enclosed shower, 900mm x 760mm with glass shower screen
- 50L electric hot water system
- 450mm vanity with mirror
- Towel rail and toilet roll holder
- Mixer tap
- Extra window in the ensuite area
- Ventilation system
- Extra power point and light
- Outlet pipes for toilet and grey water ready for your plumber to connect.
All internal plumbing work is taken care of by us, to Australian standards. You will just need a plumber to quickly connect the pipes we supply to your sewer or septic connection point.
Add a Kitchenette:
- 900mm or 1200mm (3m wide rooms) stainless steel sink and drainer, bottom cupboards and drawers
- Optional top cupboards
- Mixer tap with access to hot and cold water
- Extra power point.
Just need an extra toilet?
We also offer rooms for hire with a separate toilet only and hand basin. Perfect for a home beauty business.
