Our Large Room is 2.5m x 4.8m in size, making it the perfect option for an extra bedroom or home office. 

Each room includes the following:

• 2 power points and a smoke detector
• Internal and External lighting
• High quality timber look vinyl flooring
• Sliding Door 1650mm x 2100mm
• Window 900mm x 1200mm
• Block out blinds on the window and door
• Awning & Entry step
• Adjustable feet to level and support the room
• Standard delivery is $195.00 to within 3 hours of our factory at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.

Optional Deck (as per images) is an extra $10.00 per week. 

All rooms are built here in Australia to Australian building standards and are strong, safe and comfortable.  Made from high quality EPS 75mm Panel our rooms are fire resistant and well insulated.
