• Block out blinds on the window and door
• Awning & Entry step
• Adjustable feet to level and support the room
• Standard delivery is FREE to within 1 hour of our factory at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. Sydney and Newcastle/Hunter Valley is $295.00 for a 12 month lease.

All rooms are built here in Australia to Australian building standards and are strong, safe and comfortable.  Made from high quality EPS 75mm Panel our rooms are fire resistant and well insulated.
